Honest Dental Care in Justin, TX

I called Dr. Kiene after hours on thanksgiving in absolute agony, with really no hope of being seen before Monday. Not only did he call me back, interrupting his holiday with his family, he was so compassionate and helpful that he opened his clinic on Black Friday just to get me seen and on the road to recovery. He could have charged me a ton in emergency fees and I’d have paid gladly, but instead he charged me just a basic exam fee and set up an appointment for Wednesday to get the care I need. He had never even met me before today and his only concern was helping me. I cannot even begin to express how impressed and thankful I am. I will never see another dentist, I am completely blown away by the sheer compassion shown to me from this office. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would.

Most amazing dentist ever! From the moment you walk in the staff greet you, offer you a tour and give you that overall feeling of comfort. Offices are top notch, very clean and relaxing. Everything is explained to you, they give you options to obtain the goal you want to achieve. Very skilled in their craft, I’m a redhead, regular “deadening” shots don’t work on me, they were skilled enough to know this, address it, and overcome it. Honestly, easiest root canal I’ve ever had!! It was better than dinner with the in-laws!!I strongly recommend Valor Dental, everyone there is amazing!! Especially the young lady, with the average Jeep. Truly amazing experience!!

My experience at Valor dental was amazing. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I even had my four year old with me and they had toys to keep her busy, played with her and interacted with her. There’s only one problem I have. I went in due to some pain I was having and obviously when those spots are being poked at, it causes the pain to flare up. I was told when I made my appointment that they had in house payment options, which I knew I was going to need, but they don’t. So now I’m in pain and not able to get treatment right away. However, when I'm able to afford the treatment I need, I know I’ll be in good hands.

For me, a dentist is a very personal thing.  From the hygienist to the Drs themselves.  They are about as close as you get to someone.  I want to feel like my goals and questions matter, and that I am part of the plan moving forward.   Details matter to me..  I could not possibly be happier after my first visit to Valor Dental.  Huge accolades to Dr Greg Kiene, and Jennifer Oliver for the care and attention !!!  Veteran Owned Business too!!!

Before I came here I had an awful experience at another dentist a little over a year ago so when I came for a filling I was anxious and nervous. Dr. Kiene Was amazing and so were his assistants. He was very understanding and honestly pretty cool. He had Genuine conversations with me about my life and actually cared. He listened to my concerns and acknowledged them and was very informative. I didn’t even feel when he stuck my gun with the needle for numbing ! It was incredible. I highly recommend him when you schedule your appointments, he’s a great doctor and a good guy. Love this place.

Entirely grateful for this office! The front desk, dental hygienist (Jesse), dental assistant (Savannah), to the Dentist (Dr. Merkley) were beyond incredible! I am pregnant with a hefty amount of cavities & their priority was to make sure I got taken care of & I could not thank them enough! They were patient, walked me through the steps & overall made sure I had comfort! I truly appreciate them & their car. I cannot wait to bring my family & my future baby into this clinic! Just know ya’ll are super appreciated & keep doing what you’re doing!! Thank you so much!!

This is the best dentist and staff I have ever encountered! They made me feel at ease from the time I walked in the door. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but I left looking forward going coming back! That has never happened to me. The receptionist was very sympathetic to how i felt about being there and was very encouraging cheered me on through the whole process. Dr Kiene made me feel completely at ease and patiently listened as I explained my reservations of having dental procedures done. We came up with a solution to put me at ease during the procedures and it worked like a charm! I am so relieved and thankful not to have anxious feelings about going to the dentist anymore! I have found my dentist for life.

At this dental office, it has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and informative. Dr. Merkley takes time and effort to explain to me what is going on with my teeth and what my options are for the treatment. I stumbled upon this dentist for my son whom baby fallen out by just googling nearby dentistry. My son liked the visit. I liked here so much that I didn’t want to go back to my old dentist that worked on my 14 teeth in the past two years. I am planning to bring my husband and other children as well. I have a feeling that this is going to be our family dentist office for a long time!
